This website is operated by FlexLight. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" mean Flexlight. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services on it, to you, the user, on the condition that you accept all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. By visiting our site or buying something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, including our Privacy policy, Shipping policy and Refund and return policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms at any time; it is your responsibility to check them from time to time.

You agree to defend and hold harmless FlexLight and its owners, staff, suppliers and service providers from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by a third party because of your breach of these terms or of any law, or your violation of the rights of a third party.

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part is enforced to the fullest extent allowed by law, and the rest of the terms stay in force.

Obligations that arose before termination survive it. These terms apply until ended by you or us. You may end them by telling us you no longer want to use our services or by leaving the site. We may end them at any time without notice if you do not comply with them, and you remain liable for all amounts due up to that date.

If we do not enforce a right or provision of these terms, that is not a waiver of it. These terms and any policies we post on this site are the entire agreement between you and us and replace earlier agreements, communications and proposals, written or oral. Unclear wording is not read against the party that wrote it.

Section 18 – Governing law

these Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in Skarżysko-Kamienna, Poland. This does not take away any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the place where you live, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts where the law gives you that right. Before starting any claim, please contact us at flexlight.support@gmail.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve the issue.
