This policy explains what personal data FlexLight ("we") collects when you visit or buy from our store, how we use it and what choices you have. Remove any item below that does not apply to your store.
What we collect
- Order details: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address.
- Payment details: handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Technical data: IP address, device, browser and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools.
- Messages you send us.
How we use it
To process and ship orders, send order updates, give support, prevent fraud, meet legal duties and, if you agree, send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the store: Shopify (store platform), our payment provider, shipping carriers and our supplier who fulfils your order. We do not sell your personal data for money.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep the cart working, measure traffic and, if you accept, show relevant ads. You can block cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the store may stop working.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other US states, or the EU), you can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data, to stop sharing it for targeted advertising, and not to be treated worse for using these rights. Email flexlight.support@gmail.com and we reply within 30 days.
Children
Our store is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We are based in Poland. Your data may be processed in the United States and the European Union by the providers above.
